I am getting married in a National Park and am looking for a photographer who will shoot wedding and portrait images with a heavy eye for nature and atmosphere. Could this be you?
I work frequently in National Parks and can provide wedding photography and portrait services in parks such as Mount Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park, Zion National Park, Crater Lake National Park, Yosemite National Park, Glacier National Park, Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, and so on. My background in landscape/scenic photography gives me a strong intimacy with nature and an eye for atmospherics. I believe you’ll find the blend with portraiture to your liking.
How did you get started with photography?
My mom documented my family with a tiny little panasonic film camera, and I’ve always had the desire to have a camera in my hands. The real infatuation started with my boyfriend’s digital point-and-shoot (I’d borrow it and he’d never get to shoot it). He bought me my first digital SLR several years ago, and his mother let me borrow her Pentax MX. Ever since, armed with digital and Fuji Velvia 50 film, it’s become a huge part of who I am–first with landscapes, then with people.
